  • Account information: Your name and email address when you sign up via Google or email

  • Instrument data: Details you enter about your instruments including make, model, serial number, condition, photos, and valuations

  • Usage data: How you interact with the platform, used to improve features and performance

  • Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version for technical support purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Sonority platform

  • To personalise your experience

  • To send important account and product updates

  • To power AI-assisted features within the platform

  • To respond to support requests

4. Third-Party Services
Sonority uses trusted third-party services to operate the platform. These may include infrastructure, authentication, AI, and marketplace providers. We only share data with third parties to the extent necessary to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Google Sign-In
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not access any other Google services or data. We request only the minimum permissions necessary to create and manage your account.

Your data is stored securely on servers in Australia. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
