1. Acceptance
By creating a Sonority account or using the Sonority platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Sonority.
2. Who Can Use Sonority
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sonority. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure

You must provide accurate information when creating your account

One account per person — do not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent

You may not use Sonority for any illegal purpose
4. Subscription Tiers
Sonority offers a range of free and paid subscription tiers with varying levels of access to platform features. Current tier names, pricing, and feature inclusions are displayed at sonority.studio and within the app.
Pricing is in AUD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or features with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact sonoritysystem@gmail.com.
5. Your Content

You own all instrument data, photos, and content you add to Sonority

You grant Sonority a limited licence to store and display your content to operate the service

You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights

We do not claim ownership of your instrument data
6. AI Features
Sonority uses AI to provide instrument research, valuations, and platform features. Results are estimates only and should not be relied upon as financial or insurance advice. Sonority is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. AI feature availability may vary by subscription tier.
7. Marketplace Features
Sonority may integrate with third-party marketplaces and services. Any transactions made through third-party platforms are governed by their own terms. Sonority is not a party to any sale or transaction between users and third parties.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not:

Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform

Use Sonority to scrape or harvest data

Impersonate another person or organisation

Use automated bots to access the platform without permission

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates at any time. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Sonority is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of NSW.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of Sonority after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
